Canvas Prep

Learn how to stretch and prepare your own canvas and have a new canvas ready to go for the next workshop! Materials provided - $50 materials fee for one 16”x18” canvas

Pet Portraits! 8 weeks, Mondays, March 18-May 6, 2:00-4:30pm

$230/series Oils, Acrylics, Pencil, or Charcoal

Animal Painting/Drawing. Do you have a beloved pet you’d like to draw or paint? Or do you just want to learn how to render fur and feathers? Painting and drawing animals are great ways to learn and explore a medium while working with a fun subject.

Intro to Painting - All levels

8 weeks, Mondays, March 18-May 6, 5:00pm-7:30pm $230/series Oils or Acrylics

Perfect class for the new or returning painter. Working from a simple still life we will practice observational painting and address volume, light and shadow, color, paint mixing, and brushwork. Critique and technical advice for experienced painters as well.

Color Magic 8 weeks, Tuesdays, March 19-May 7, 2:00-4:30pm $230/series Oils or Acrylics

Explore the magic of color! Learn color relationships, practice color mixing, and understand color and light. We’ll begin with abstract exercises and move into still life painting
