We have an art room for use by the community. Fiddlestix Paint & Sip, owned by Haycock resident Linda Stauffer, has donated all the equipment and supplies of the closed business for the art room. We will be holding classes in painting and many different kinds of crafts.
Pottery classes
Friday afternoons from 1-4.
Evening Pottery Class is held on Monday evenings from 6:30-9pm
Linda has donated a potter's wheel and a slab roller to the center, Also an extruder, great for making coils! Linda has kilns in her studio less than a mile away so work can be fired there.
Classes are $20 a week ($10 of the fee covers the purchase of clay, glazes, 2 firings and tools used in the class. $10 covers the class fee) payable to Linda.
Painting Class

The senior center is closed on Fridays so we moved the class to htcc
Friday mornings 9:30-11:30 . bring your own supplies cost is $3.00
Canvases are available for purchase at cost
Bring a photo or picture to work from or a canvas you started and never finished.
